Jay is an experienced physiotherapist, who has a passion for sports injury and prevention, based on the best current available evidence. This allows him to help you fix your sporting injuries in the least amount of time, whilst getting you back stronger, faster and performing better than pre-injury.
Jay is driven to improve your bio-mechanics and contributing factors to prevent your injury from occurring again, whilst increasing your athletic performance.
Jay has worked with a large group of elite sporting organisations, allowing him to bring elite sports physiotherapy skills and knowledge into the private practice scene, to help you fix your injuries.
Jay is currently the head AFL physiotherapist at Essendon Football Club, and in the past, he's worked with Gold Coast, Carlton and Geelong football clubs in the AFL, as well as Melbourne Rebels in the ARU.
Outside of his sports physiotherapy career, he loves to cycle, snowboard and renovate.
