Lindon consults from the Blackburn Physiotherapy Clinic, Monday to Friday.
Lindon excels at treating injuries to the lower limb particularly ACLs, knee pain, recurrent soft tissue injuries (especially hamstrings and calves), running injuries, tendon pathologies and hip and groin issues.
He is also very experienced at treating any shoulder conditions and neck pain, helping you to get you back to your day to day tasks or in the gym as soon as possible.
He graduated from Monash University (Honours) and has completed extensive courses in Non Surgical ACL Management, Hamstring and Soft Tissue Management, Running Mechanics, Tendon Rehab, Dry Needling and Shoulder Rehab in Gym Athletes, so you know he has the information and skill set to help you feel better, faster.
Lindon has also completed his post-graduate Masters of Sports and Exercise Physiotherapy where he further expanded his sports physio knowledge and spent time with Carlton FC (AFL), United States Olympic and Paralympic Training Centre and Essendon FC (AFL).
For the past several years Lindon has worked in conjunction with elite coaches and strength and conditioning staff to expand his rehabilitation skill set, and he is able to utilise these latest techniques with you, at out Blackburn clinic.
Lindon utilises this knowledge to bring gym and strength principles into his physiotherapy practice, to not just treat injuries but enhance athletic performance.
Lindon is currently the lead physiotherapist at the VFL Umpires where he manages elite high volume running athletes. He was previously the Head Physiotherapist for Box Hill Rugby Union Football Club which enhances his management of multidirectional team sport injuries and acute trauma injuries.
He currently competes in athletics (400m sprints) and has a background playing state level touch football, so knows what you are going through as far as injuries and rehabilitation are concerned.
