Jess consults from the Essendon clinic & via telehealth via Essendon Sports Medicine.
Jess experience working with both athletes and non-athletes, supporting clients across areas such as performance nutrition, weight management and chronic disease management.
She is passionate about helping people achieve their health and performance goals in a way that is practical, sustainable and tailored to you.
Her interest in nutrition is strongly influenced by a lifelong involvement in sport, including athletics, swimming and field hockey.
This background has shaped her focus on the importance of fuelling the body effectively to support both performance and overall health.
Outside of work, Jess is regularly involved in sport and movement, including hockey, athletics, running and swimming. She also enjoys creative hobbies such as painting and drawing, and values time outdoors, especially near the beach.
Jess believes the most effective nutrition approach is one that fits into a person’s lifestyle and can be maintained long term.
She works closely with clients to provide education and support, helping them better understand their individual needs so they can make confident and informed choices.
Jessica aims to create a supportive and welcoming environment where clients feel empowered to make meaningful and sustainable changes.
