Tegan joined the Melbourne Sports Physiotherapy team in 2021. She has always had a passion for sport and staying active, and grew up in Adelaide loving dance and netball.
Tegan is always up for her next fitness challenge, and completed her first triathlon in 2021 without any real history of swimming or cycling. Her next fitness goal is a half marathon.
After starting her career in Adelaide, she moved to Melbourne in 2016 and has forged a successful career helping people fix their injuries and get back to sport, work and life comfortably again.
She is an expert at helping you reach your sporting and functional goals through calming your pain down, then building a structured exercise rehabilitation program that gets results.
Outside of her sports physiotherapy career, she loves to travel and can be found at the footy, or travelling to the alpine regions for snowboarding fun.
You may also spot Tegan walking her mini sausage dog around Melbourne.
