Clare consults from the Essendon clinic & via telehealth.
Clare is an Accredited Dietitian, Sports Dietitian and Nutritionist with years of experience helping people achieve their health, nutrition and sporting goals.
As well as consulting at our Essendon clinic, Clare is the Essendon Football Club VFL men's dietitian and also assists with the AFL men's team.
Having played football and competing in several triathlons, marathons and an ultra-marathon, Clare has a particular interest in working with other athletes to increase their performance. This may look like improving your fuelling and recovery strategies, optimising your body composition or creating race day nutrition plans.
Most importantly Clare is passionate about helping people live a happy and healthy balanced lifestyle where you feel confident with your nutrition so that you can get the most out of life.
As an ex-chef Clare really does love all things food and is here to help you choose the right, but delicious, foods to make you feel your best. We promise there’s no restriction or bland and boring food here!
