Yoga You Can Do at Home
The rapid development of this pandemic has left a lot of us feeling stressed, afraid and practicing social isolation and social distancing. Your gym may be close, you may not be doing your regular walk.
This will of course have an effect on your overall well being and you may be feeling tense, tight muscles or a bit sore.
To help you guys out I have put together a really simple “do it with me” yoga video that lasts 12 minutes. It’s not about strengthening, just about relaxing your mind and introducing some movement to some much needed areas of your body.
Stay well and I hope this adds a little brightness to your day!
